I asked my friends today what I should write about. My friend Emily said, write about who you are, how you feel, what you dream of, abit about you, something you have noticed, why you do things. So here is the response to my buddy. The first question she said I should answer "Why are you a Christian?"
You know I think its great how everybody at school and around, knows that I am a Christian. Sometimes its ridiculous cos they will say "ooo Debbie you shouldn't be doing that, you're a Christian." But I suppose thats pretty cool, cause it always challenges you to stay on track with God and always makes you look at yourself. So Anyways, Why am I a Christian?
I suppose it helped that my parents are Christians, but that still didn't make me be who I am. The experiences that I have had in life have shaped who I am and what I believe. Nevertheless when I was in the darkest point in my life, I searched for God myself and asked him to change my life. And He has - Thats why I am a Christian. Because God saved me, I realise now what Jesus has done for me. The extent He paid just for me, and even if it was just me on the world, He still would have come and suffered and died for me. But how amazing is this - not only did He die for me, He rose again. I hear you say WHAT??? He was dead, then rose from the dead? YEAHH How AWESOME. You know everytime I take the wine at communion it always hits me, and the Holy Spirit always reveals to me new things. He always hits me with the power of Jesus. It says in the Bible, "The same Spirit that rose Jesus from the dead, lives in you." Now people say, "why do you shake at Church?" When the Holy Spirit comes over me, and reveals deep things, realising I have the same Spirit that rose Jesus from the dead, I shake.

Anyways, the next question is What does music mean to you?
Well music means alot to me, not only cos I play the piano, guitar and sing its cos its my natural being. We have been created to praise, created to worship. So thats what I love. You know in Heaven, constantly - the angels say "Holy, Holy Holy is the Lord Almighty, who was, and is, and is to come"
Thats worship, in Heaven thats all we will do. Worship God - and oh how amazing that will be!
