2010 Word especially for leaders of youth group at Old Hill

Dear all,

I thought I would share a bit to you, about what God was doing with me and what I believe He is saying.

God has been talking to me recently about Birthing; about travailing prayer. He has been specifically talking to me about birthing new stuff/new gifting/new seasons these past 2 days. I think it also has relevance and importance for Holy Trinity Old Hill.

This morning the Bishop came to St Michaels Church. He was talking on the baptism of Jesus, but included a lot about what God was talking to me about. He said about us being a New Creation, being born again.

I was on a Christian chat room on Friday night, while a Church service was being broadcast. We were all prophesying over each other, getting words of knowledge and God was talking to us all extremely clearly! It was amazing! Towards the end of the broadcast the Holy Spirit started to stir up something within me. I started to manifest physically to what He was doing – feeling a burning in my belly, panting, weeping, deep breathing. Although I have never experienced giving birth yet, it felt so like that! It felt so real!

I started to explain what was happening to me, to the others in the chat room. It specifically spoke to this lady (who had been the most accurate in prophecy and fiery woman I have ever met!) about what she had been feeling this year. She said God had been talking to her about birthing the Fire of God! This went on for at least half an hour. I was absolutely exhausted by the end!!

John 7:38

“From his innermost being shall flow rivers of living water”

“Innermost being” is the word koilia, which means “womb”. This exactly what I am talking about.

The Bishop this morning also talked about Isaiah 43.

“But now, this is what the Lord says. He created you, people of Jacob; he formed you, people of Israel. He says, “Don’t be afraid, because I have saved you. I have called you by name, and you are mine.”

By this time, God was just drawing everything together and revealing to me his heart!

I believe 2010, for Holy Trinity especially in the youth, is a time where:

- We have to step out! Birthing – you cannot say silent! I’m sure all the Mothers will agree!

- We are going into this new thing! New realms, where we have to trust, depend and be led by God alone!

- We have no need to be afraid. We are his Children!! In the Bible, 365 times, it tells us “Do not fear! ... Fear not!” And guess what!! How many days are in a year?? 365!! We have one for every day of the year!! I think we should take the hint!

- I was asking God what we need to do at TNT and at the youth stuff at Holy Trinity. I kept on feeling that we have to ask these young people if they want Jesus! We have to challenge them! We are in the End Times!! These young people need to step up, and take the baton from the previous generation! Especially in the society now, they need to make a change! They need to step up and fight! They need to be on the front lines!! It’s not a case of, they are too young! (I know that Old Hill especially, regards people for who they are and not how old they are – as I have experienced) Acts 2:17 says “In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people! Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.”

I want to ask you – Are you ready for that?

NOW IS THE TIME

Are you ready for that to break out? Are you ready for a new realm? Are you ready to go higher, deeper and further with God personally, and with the rest of us at Old Hill? Are you ready to see these young people yield themselves to God, so much so, that you see Jesus in them?

God Bless

Deborah Butt
